Work on the digitization of welfare services is ongoing and, over the next few years, many new public sector products and services will need to be developed.
Now you have the chance to help develop these products and services for people with disabilities, in close cooperation with the target audience themselves, thus giving people the opportunity to live an independent life.
Skellefteå Municipality offers support for disabled people and has digital options for its customers. The municipality has made it is clear that disabled people demand digital coaching tools to motivate, engage and plan at the individual level. To meet this demand, Skellefteå municipality, together with Intersective Innovation, invites you to attend a Co-Creation workshop process team of representatives from RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden).
The Co-Creation workshop means that customers, together with companies from different industries and sectors, work together to increase the accuracy and viability of new ideas, products and services. The customer has a key role in this context, while companies control the final product innovation. During these two days, customers and employees at Skellefteå Municipality will receive support and advice on how to participate with researchers in, for example, behavioral science and interaction design.
What is the process after the workshop?
Skellefteå Municipality plans to use the views and ideas revealed during the workshop as a basis for digital tool procurement. The procurement will be based on the needs uncovered and the solutions developed during the workshop.
The Intersective Innovation project will own the results and developments of the workshop, which means they will be accessible to everyone.
Skellefteå Municipality will use the results of the process as a basis for the procurement of a digital tool, whereupon participating companies and other companies can submit a tender.
The companies that have participated in the workshop can also use the results to develop their own products and services aimed at people with disabilities, as well as other target groups and customers.
We offer lunch and coffee! Do not forget to state any allergies and / or special dietary requirements.
The workshop is free and in Swedish.
